Refund Policy

At Fasshion World, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds to the original payment method. If your refund request is approved, you will receive a Gift Card / Store Credit Coupon that can be used exclusively on the Fasshion World website.

Store Credit is provided only in the following cases:

• Product lost during transit.
• Product received damaged during shipping (valid unboxing video required).

Store Credit will not be provided for incorrect size selection, change of mind, dislike of the product, or any similar reason.

2. Gift Card Details

• Issuance: Within 24 hours after the returned product passes Quality Check (QC).
• Delivery: Sent via Email or SMS.
• Validity: 30 days from the date of issue.
• Value: Equal to the product value only. Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

For damaged, defective, or incorrect product claims, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

• The sealed package before opening.
• The complete unboxing process without interruption.
• The damaged or incorrect product clearly.

Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted. Products returned in used, washed, damaged, or tagless condition will be rejected.

4. Reverse Pickup & Self Shipping

Reverse pickup service is available for most serviceable PIN codes across India.

If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you must self-ship the product to our warehouse. After successful Quality Check, we will provide an additional ₹150 Store Credit towards your shipping cost.

Products that fail our Quality Check will be returned to the customer, and return shipping charges may apply.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible and the standard Exchange Policy will apply.
